3. User Eligibility

- Have a valid phone number for OTP verification
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
4. Account Registration and Security

- Maintain one account per user

5. Booking and Using Services

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

- Damage vehicles or property
6.2 Passenger Responsibilities
- Treat drivers with respect and courtesy
- Follow vehicle rules and local laws
- Be ready at pickup location on time
- Report any incidents immediately
- Leave vehicles in good condition
7. Fares and Payment

- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type
- Estimates are provided before booking confirmation
- Final fares may vary due to route changes or traffic
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing
7.2 Payment
- Payment methods accepted as shown in the app
- You authorize charges for completed trips

8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Kannu Customer app are owned by Bhoomi TechZone and protected by intellectual property laws.

- App design, logo, and branding are our property
- Software code and algorithms are proprietary
- You receive a limited license to use the app

- Non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app

9. Limitation of Liability

- We are not responsible for driver actions or behavior

- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific trip
- We are not liable for driver negligence or accidents
- You use the service at your own risk

- We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during trips
- Contact emergency services for urgent situations
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kannu Customer and Bhoomi TechZone from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your conduct during trips
